Please Note:
There will be 10% Surcharge on departure during Christmas/New Year season.
Service Tax @ 2.58% shall be levied on the tariff.
It is to be noted that US$ 15 per passenger per trip will be charged against the payment of commercial taxes in addition to the tariff.
No charter will be available for booking during Christmas & New Year.
Tariff mentioned is subject to change without prior notice.
50% of the fare will be charged for children between 5 and 12 yrs.
10% of the fare will be charged for children below 5 yrs.
At the time of issuance of tickets, age proof of children has to be furnished.
Tariff Includes:
The above mentioned tariff/fare includes travel, accommodation, catering and conducted sightseeing in deluxe buses, entrance fee at monuments, palaces, and cultural entertainment.
Tariff Does Not Include:
Expenditures on liquor, tips, telephone calls, laundry, video camera fees, business car facilities, and other items of personal nature are not included in the tariff.
Booking Policy:
20% of ticket value has to be paid at the time of confirming the booking.
Rest of the amount (80% of ticket value) has to be paid 60 days prior to departure of the train.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation must be advised through fax, e-mail, or letter to the concerned department/authority. On cancellation of the booked ticket, refund will be made, but certain amount of the ticket value will be deducted, as stated below:
In case of FITs:
5% of ticket value will be deducted if the cancellation is made 60 days or more prior to departure.
20% of ticket value will be deducted if the cancellation is made 45-59 days prior to departure.
50% of ticket value will be deducted if the cancellation is made 30-44 days prior to departure.
100% of ticket value will be deducted if the cancellation is done less than 30 days prior to departure.
In case of Group:
5% of ticket value will be deducted if the cancellation is done 89 days prior to departure.
50% of ticket value will be deducted if the cancellation is done 31-88 days prior to departure.
100% of ticket value will be deducted if the cancellation is done less than 30 days prior to departure.
